See you again in Gildredge park in April 2025!
As the weather turns to autumn and winter, we say goodbye to Yoga in the Park until April 2025.
Thank you to everyone who supported these sessions and came together as a yoga community to stretch!
My lessons at The Grand Hotel and my online sessions and on-demand yoga video club continue as usual.

"It’s sunny morning in Eastbourne and people are heading for Gildredge Park. The area near the tennis courts is particular busy as a group of people stand and chat, lie on mats or yawn and stretch themselves. It all looks a bit chaotic but then a new person arrives and suddenly everyone organises themselves into a semi-circle around her and sits, quietly waiting."

"That’s how Yoga in the Park starts most Sunday mornings during the spring, summer and autumn. Growing numbers of people are joining Olga Oakenfold or her guest instructors to learn more about yoga. Some Sundays as many as fifty men, women and children follow Olga’s instructions as they bend into cat-cow stretches, down facing dogs and raised cobras."

"So put on your shorts and a tee shirt and come and join in an hour of yoga that will make you feel good for the rest of the day. With regular practice it’s something that will make you feel good for the rest of your life so why not try it?" with thanks to Fiona Fountain.
