This course is for you if you’re completely new to yoga or if you’ve tried one or two classes and want to really get going with yoga. Olga teaches yoga inspired by therapeutic alignment of yoga which helps us to improve strength, flexibility and balance.
Over six weeks you'll cover the basic building blocks of yoga so that you can feel confident taking any regular yoga class in a studio.
This course of Beginners Yoga will help you to feel stronger, more flexible and calmer in your mind.
